THE service department at Ford main dealer Dagenham Motors Byfleet is celebrating after learning it was the only Ford Retail dealership in the country to achieve ‘zero dissatisfied customers for 2007.’

At a special presentation by Ford Retail’s UK customer relations director John Leathem, the team of service technicians and reception staff were praised.

Mr Leathem also hosted a special dinner for them at the nearby Red Rose Curry House to reward the team’s tireless efforts to ensure all customers are totally happy with the service they receive.

Mr Leathem said: “Dagenham Motors Byfleet delivers exemplary service for which Ford Retail, the dealership arm of Ford Motor Company in the UK, is truly proud of. They are all to be congratulated.”

Department manager Dave Summersby said: “We’ve got a great team who all work hard together to ensure we provide our customers with the best service possible. Everyone really enjoys the job and there’s a good team spirit.”

The team is based in Wintersells Road, Byfleet.
